Ethiopian Sidamo Natural Swiss Water Process
Good decaf is hard to find. Great decaf is even harder. We've got a stellar decaf, and you need to try it. We use decaffeinated organic green beans, processed in the Swiss Water Process, which uses natural compounds found in coffee to remove caffeine. There's no metallic, chemical aftertaste as in other coffee processed using other decaffeination processes.
This decaf vienna has a distinct smoky chocolate, peanut, and graham cracker palatte, with a large mouthfeel and a lingering chocolatey finish. On the nose, there's hints of dried cherry and smoke.
