This organic bean from Cafe Cooperativa Timor has been in and out of our rotation for a year or so, and we can’t get enough of it! This year’s harvest has some incredible notes of rich chocolate, forest floor, vanilla, and maraschino cherry syrup. It’s a massive cup of coffee in terms of both palette and mouthfeel, and remains pretty consistently an MCC staff favorite for both hot and iced. We offer it somewhere on the line of a Full Medium and Vienna Roast, so if you want it on the smoky side of average, let us know in your order!
