Our house espresso, which also doubles as a beautiful pourover comes from La Amistad farm in Costa Rica. We offer this bean at a Full Medium Roast, and a Vienna, but will roast darker upon request! This lovely, dense bean has a rich dark chocolate palate with a finish of decadent caramel and just a hint of fresh tangerine. In a darker roast, the tangerine note becomes more of a smoked orange peel and the caramel develops into a rich dark molasses.
